Windows is now available on Bare Metal servers: choose it when you deploy a server or when you reinstall one, straight from the panel.
- Windows Server 2025 Datacenter and Windows Server 2022 Datacenter, both with Desktop Experience.
- Windows 10 Pro.
The install is fully automatic and unattended, and the server is ready in about 10 minutes. On servers with two disks you can choose a single disk or RAID 1, a mirror across the two NVMe drives. Windows boots from the mirror, so either disk can fail and the server keeps running.
Remote Desktop (RDP) is enabled out of the box, with the username and password you choose at install.
Windows is available on Bare Metal models with NVMe drives. It is installed without activation: activate it with your own license key or your KMS server.
